Data changelog

This log records material corrections and trust-surface changes to NameAlmanac's SSA-backed reference pages after publication. Every entry names the repository commit that made the change, so readers can distinguish a dated correction from a general site description. The how-to-report process lives on the editorial and corrections policy. Entries are past-tense and tied to repository commits; nothing is invented to pad the list.    Static and rankings sitemap entries now advertise per-route page-vintage lastmod values instead of a single portal-max extract stamp, so crawlers see honest freshness on file-authored surfaces.

   Unknown name, state, decade, compare, and rankings routes now return a real 404 response instead of soft-redirecting into hubs, so crawl budget is not spent on non-entity URLs.

   Hub and study research pages were set to noindex,follow and the research sitemap emptied after measured zero admission on that class, while rankings stayed indexable.
